We crossed off another
Fall Bucket List item this past weekend and went to the PUMPKIN PATCH!!! It was a gorgeous day for it. The sun was shining, (it was an unexpected and unwelcome in my book, 70 degrees that day. We were all sweating in our scarves and boots!) the trees were glowing in their Fall colors and we were so early to the patch this year that we had our pick of all the pumpkins. Princess found hers in little under a minute. We always go much later in the month, because I always figure its way too early to get pumpkins in the beginning of October. But it was so worth it! There were so many perfectly shaped pumpkins to choose from that we couldn't decide! Here are some photos from the day.
"This one Daddy!"
Princess's pumpkin found!
I think I'll take that lil' pumpkin on the right.
Yep. She's the one!
A rare family photo.
Pumpkinhead!
Hope you all can support your local farms and make it to the pumpkin patch this year! Its so much better than picking one up at the grocery store. Happy pumpkin hunting!
